The first PAM² summer school was organized in September 2018 by BHGE where the ESRs got a 4-day training on leadership. Highly interactive trainings were given through courses such as Empowerment and goal achieving, Self-introduction, Communication Styles, Personal branding, Innovation, Activity related to negotiation skills and etc. Further, the ESRs received a tour in the facilities of BHGE in Florence, Italy.
